How it works: Our barbecue classes must be scheduled in advanced & are offered on Saturday from 7:30am-12:30pm at Salt Pepper Oak. Available dates are shown in the dropdown lists below. Please give us 2 date options that would work for you. Cost is $199 per person. Once submitted, will get back to you to lock in your date.

Hands-on barbecue experience including lessons on trimming, seasoning & smoking.
Walk-through of fire management & smoking techniques on SPO's 1000 gallon offset smokers.
Full slab of pork spareribs prepared & finished by you on site to take home.
2 meat & 2 side lunch of choice with complimentary morning coffee.
